Faculty and Staff Enrichment

It is a strong relationship with a superior teacher that most affects the quality of a student’s experience. The Foundation provides mini-grants to faculty and staff to support their implementation of innovate ideas that affect the quality of instruction. The Foundation’s Faculty Enrichment Endowment enables teachers to integrate an understanding of new technologies into their curriculum, to get real world experience in business and industry, to strengthen professional alliances with colleagues in high schools and universities, and to focus on innovation and development in their disciplines.
